At Zootzu Garb, we want you to be completely satisfied with your historical and fantasy attire. If your garment doesn't fit your quest, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garb, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
